We aim to despatch your items within 1-2 working days after you place your order.
You will receive your delivery within 5 working days from the day after you place your order for UK deliveries. For International deliveries the time frame is between 5-10 working days.
All deliveries are made via a courier service. Deliveries can arrive any time between 8am and 8pm Monday- Saturdays.
A signature may be required on receipt of receiving the delivery However; in the instance where delivery cannot be carried out due to the receiver not being around the courier will re-attempt to deliver on the following day.
The courier will only attempt to deliver three times.
In the instance where the delivery has failed due to the receiver not being there, the items will be returned to JANNAH by Farah. If deliveries are returned, JANNAH by Farah will not be liable to cover the costs to re- deliver.

Returns and Exchanges
All requests for an exchange must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
Items for return must be returned within 7 days to ourselves from the date the exchange has been authorised.
All requests for an exchange must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for the return and providing details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your item has been authorised, a returns address will be provided to you in whom you will have to return the item to Farah within 7 days. If item(s) is/ are not returned within the 7 days period from the date the return has been authorised, an exchange will be refused.
An exchange will only be issued on the condition that the item(s) is/are unused, unwashed and in such condition that will be resalable. Any items returned in damaged condition caused by the customer will be returned back to customer and no exchange will be authorised.

Once your return has been received, it may take up to 7 working days for you exchange to be processed.
Farah will not be liable for covering the costs of returning item(s).
Any Sale/Clearance items cannot be exchanged. Before you place your order please ensure you have read all the product description.
